The “new” Liberal housing plan announced today is anything but new. In fact it is based on a housing plan from the late 1940s and 1950s. For once they may have gotten something right. This plan could be part of the answer to our housing shortage. It remains to be seen if the Trudeau government can actually deliver with this plan.
